This is the Daniel-Johnson dam at Manic 5 on QC 389 215km north of Baie Comeau, Quebec. One of the biggest dams in Quebec at over 1000m long.
Route 389 is the only land route heading south out of Labrador to the rest of Canada that doesn't have you taking a ferry or two. 567km of Dirt and old pavement with zero cell service.
